Serene Teak Retreat by River

Beautiful Teak house built 8 yrs ago and next to the river in Pranburi, separated by a public road. The House and buildings sits on just over 1 rai and there is a beautiful serene lake that is almost a rai that could have a further guest house and sale built.
The Main house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, with the Master Bedroom have en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes and a covered terrace with views over the lake, there is a modern large European kitchen, a large living room with a spacious terrace and walkway around the house and downstairs is a further bedroom and bathroom and a thai kitchen and good sized covered area for entertaining. There is a large room that overlooks the lake that has a full length wide covered terrace. This room is currently being used as an office and meeting room but could be converted to a bedroom with Bathroom. The Art Studio can also be a new room idf needed, it currently has a kitchen inside and could be extended as well as the guest villa with covered terrace and parking.
