The Sea Condo is a luxury holiday condominium located at the north end of picturesque Dolphin Bay south of Hua Hin on the gulf of
Thailand, close to Khao Sam Roi Yot national park. The condo has a spacious balcony with a sea view overlooking the pool and garden
area. On site there is a coffee shop, : communal gym and bikes are available for local trips. The condo and its surrounding area offer
unique combination of tranquility, adventure and natural beauty. The condo unit for sale has 2 spacious bedrooms. The master
bedroom is the largest one, where you will find a double bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with washing machine.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with a double bed. Both bedrooms open out onto a spacious balcony. The spacious living room can also sleep
two on a pull out L-shaped sofa bed. As well as opening out onto the balcony, the living room has a TV and dining table.
The living room is adjacent to the open space kitchen, fitted with an electric stove as well as a microwave, kettle, toaster, and a large
fridge freezer. A second bathroom and toilet are located near the front door. All of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning.Down
at the communal pool side, there are sun loungers and shades and a shower plus toilets. Here you will also find the gym
facilities. The site has a help desk at the back entrance which is also where bikes can be loaned and is the area where car parking spaces are
located.There is an english speaking assistant at the concierge desk all day until late evening who can help you with problems or getting
to local sites. There is also 24 hour security on site.The neighbourhood:Along the dolphin bay beach front there are many restaurants
serving typical Thai cuisine as well as some serving western fare and there are a few relaxing bars, on the beach massage and artisan
shops.
Local sites include a number of national parks, the seaside town of Paknam Pran (famous for its squid) and the inland city of Pranburi.
Further afield is an elephant safari park, bat caves and various beautiful temples including one located in the magnificent Phraya
Nakhon Cave - a stunning vision that looks like it’s straight out of an Indiana Jones movie.Getting there and getting around: You can get
to The Sea Condominium by taxi from Bangkok, or by coach from Suvarnabhumi airport to Hua Hin bus station, and from there by taxi
to The Sea Condominium.
There are many local markets selling local food and drink and the nearest large supermarket (Lotus) is in Pranburi, located about
a 15 min drive from The Sea. There you can buy western and local goods, as well as access banks and phone shops.
The area has been developed for bicycling, and there is a bicycle path along the sea front running the whole length of the beautiful bay.
