Serene Villa Steps from Beach!

Set 100 metres or so from Rawai Beach in a boutique estate of only 9 Thai-Balinese family homes and within an environment of lush verdant gardens. This 5-bedroom villa for sale is only a 5-minute walk to Rawai Beach and a 15 minute walk to Ya Nui Beach in Phuket.
The house is fully-furnished and is of high quality and finish, with hardwood furniture, teak wood doors and windows and maka wood or terracotta floors. It has a built-up area of 480 sqm on a plot of 659.2 sqm. All 5 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and 4 of the bedrooms have large private balconies (except for the childrens room).
This large family home is surrounded by a landscaped tropical garden with a koi carp pond in a private and peaceful setting.
