Its a modern and comfortable 3 bedroom property that was recently completed. Villa Limoncello has a small but intimate courtyard with a private plunge pool and outdoor dining area equipped with a projector home cinema. Next to the pool there is also a separate pavilion where a fully equipped kitchen is situated. The owners of the villa like to cook at home but dont want the smells of the cooking to get into the living area. Thats why they decided to build their kitchen separately. Inside the villa there is a cozy living room with a TV and a small kitchenette with basic appliances like a coffee maker or kettle to make some tea inside. All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are equipped with TVs, air-cons, wardrobes and king-size double beds that can be converted into two twin beds. One bedroom is situated on the ground floor behind the living room. Upstairs there are two airy bedrooms with high ceilings and en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms enjoys a private terrace overlooking the yard. All premises are air-conditioned and have access to speed Wi-Fi.
BEACH
Ban Tai Estate is located in a quiet and serene area next to Ban Tai Beach that is considered one of the best on the island. Thanks to its soft entrance and absence of waves, our beach is especially loved by families with kids. Moreover, unlike many other beaches, Ban Tai beach is swimmable all year round. It takes around 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach through beautiful surroundings.
RESTAURANT
Ban Tai Estate opened a two-storey restaurant SeaandSky right on the beachfront. There is a row of sun-loungers and umbrellas where you can chill during the day. The restaurant offers a wide selection of delicious dishes of both thai and international cuisine, kids menu, cocktails, good wine list and of course desserts. Upper terrace of SeaandSky boasts beautiful views over the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan and amazing sunsets. It is a perfect place for an evening cocktail or romantic dinner with candles. Restaurant’s team can also deliver food and beverages right to your villa. Near the restaurant there is a kids room with plenty of toys.
LOCATION
Ban Tai area is conveniently located in the central northern part of Koh Samui. Within a 5 minute walk there are a number of local restaurants, SevenEleven shop, fruit stands, massage salons, pizzeria and even famous fitness camp Fitkoh. If you would like an evening out, it takes only 10 minutes to drive to Fishermans Village a popular area with shops and lots of restaurants. Big supermarkets (Big C, Tesco Lotus, Macro) are around 15 minutes drive. Bustling Chaweng (the most famous tourist area) with tons of bars, restaurants and a huge trade center Central Festival is 20 minutes drive. International Koh Samui airport is also around 20 minutes drive.
