Chiang Dao Serenity Awaits!

This beautiful 6 Rai plus 68 Talang Waa which has been split into 2 plots 6 Rai for land and 2 Rai + with house and shop. Property is located in the pristine valley of Chiang Dao. The property is surrounded by beautiful mountains, with the Ping River running through it.
The property itself has great mountain views, including a stunning view of Doi Luang Chaing Dao, Thailand’s third biggest mountain.
The home is already landscaped, with the top of the property raised to street level. It would make an ideal resort property or a beautiful, private estate.
On the bottom of the land, are 10 aquaponic ponds, ready for a shrimp or fish farm and to the far right is a 1200 square foot home, with a 1200 square foot shop and kitchen attached to it.
There is a good well on the property with drinkable water (tested). Also there is a city water hookup on the top of the property.
Three Phase wiring is hooked up throughout the building and all electrical has been done to Western Standards.
There are many small fruit trees, shrubs and trees, that we have planted in the past few years.
Chiang Dao is growing fast. It’s proximity to Chiang Mai City (only 75km away), makes it a very popular place to live and retire.
