Modern Style Pool Villa in Prime Location

This brand new one-of-a-kind vila is located on a quiet soi in the up-market Plai Laem area, a mere 200 metres from the beautiful Plai Laem beach, one of Samui’s best sunset spots.
Centered around a serene courtyard, this all-glass property features a unique design that you won’t find anywhere else, emulating an outdoor-indoor living experience. It comes fully-furnished with imported furniture, has real marble flooring throughout the interior, and red-wood decking covering the entire exterior.
There is a large open-plan living room and island-kitchen which look out into the courtyard on one side, and an 8x3m salt-water pool with natual Bali stone tiles on the other. All 3-bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and large round bathtubs. There is also an additional outdoor bathroom for when you arrive home from the beach.
All glass is double glazed, and every room has 100% silk curtains to maintain privacy and keep the property cool during sunny days.
Given it’s style and prime location, this villa is ideal as a primary or holiday residence, as well a lucrative investment.
