Article 3. Fees
The Management Fees are paid 12 months in advance each year = 12,500.00 THB per 
month plus 7% VAT and 3% Withholding Tax.
Total amount 12 months including VAT and Withholding Tax = 165,000.00 THB 
The initial 12 months’ payment shall be payable upon execution of this contract.
In the event that the Resident fails to make payment of the amount in respect of an 
invoice within the time frame stipulated therein the Resident shall be fined at the rate 
of 200 Thai Baht per day commencing from the date the amount becomes due until 
the date it is paid in full.

EXPENSES
• Electricity charged at 7.50THB per unit
• Internet service 650.00 THB per month
• Water supply at 38.00 THB per unit (If there is a water shortage and the deep 
well water needs to be supplemented with 3rd party truck water, then this cost 
will be shared across the 12 houses) 
• Diesel for generator running if electricity cuts (This amount will be shared across 
the 12 houses) 
• For any maintenance to the house, the owner must pay 100% - will
